• It is the advertiser's responsibility to ensure that their advert is legal, honest and truthful.The advert must comply with all relevant legal and regulatory guidance.

• No adverts are to be placed for articles not conducive to healthcare e.g. tobacco, alcohol etc.

• No illegal items such as firearms, hazardous substances to be listed.

• MediConf reserve the absolute right to remove adverts at their discretion and or withdraw this service at any time they see fit.

• MediConf has no part whatsoever in assurance of the quality of goods or services advertised. It is simply facilitating a method of introduction between the buyer and seller. It has no part to play in the individual sale between both the buyer and seller. These risks and responsibilities are entirely those of the parties concerned.

• Most of the advertisements for goods and items are produced by the advertiser and uploaded to the site.MediConf accept no responsibility for errors or omissions in the adverts though it does its best to encourage and strive for accuracy in all the postings. If you note any errors in your advertisement, it is your responsibility to inform our team so that corrections can be made.

• The trial period is for 12 months with no obligation to continue.No subscription is required.

• After the trial period, payment in full must be made prior to the expiration of the free period.This will ensure the advert remains LIVE on the website.

• Order of Display is that Enhanced Listings precede Basic Listings, after which chronological order applies.

• Listing and pricing packages are for 12 months.MediConf has the right to vary pricing, terms and conditions at their discretion. From time to time, MediConf may offer promotions and other variations in pricing structure at the discretion of the Directors.
